Josh Hamilton

Josh has been involved in sports leagues since he was 5 years old. He started his Stonewall career in 2015 in Stonewall Raleigh and also played in Stonewall Charlotte as well. Over the years he has played in our kickball, dodgeball, volleyball, and bowling leagues. This Includes 8 Stonewall seasons of kickball, 3 seasons of bowling, 2 seasons of volleyball and 7 seasons of dodgeball. He also played Rugby with the Charlotte Royals and currently plays with Hotlanta Soccer, the LGBT+ soccer group here in Atlanta. Josh strives to bring our community together and create a welcoming environment for all members of the LGBTQIA+ family.

He may look like a grumpy bear, but once you get to know him, you’ll realize that he’s actually quite caring. When he is not playing a sport, you can find him at home playing videos games or playing board games with Outworlders or card games with Werewolf ATL. Once the pandemic lightens up, he plans to become a volunteer with the Peace Corps. If you see him on the kickball fields, Gay Hill after the games or just out and about, feel free to say hello
